Our bunkhouses were designed to be a basic shelter from the weather. The bunk beds do NOT have mattresses, so it is recommended to bring air up mattresses or some type of padding along with any bedding that you may need. Saturday: 8am-7pm (NO entrance after 7pm) Thursday: 9am-5pm - Absolutely NO entrance after 5pm, NO EXCEPTIONS! If you rented any of our cabins, you MUST be here during our regular hours of operation before we close in order to check in & get the key. **Late Arrival Policy - We are not able to do late arrival for our cabins. This includes bachelor and bachelorette parties. *To keep our amenities in the best shape for all our guests, reservations in Zip's Corner (Jessie's Place, Zips House) have a NO Party policy. Enjoy the beautiful Hill Country landscape views as well as the comfort of your own amenities. Jessie's Place is a full amenities cabin the most luxurious cabin in the park. It has two rooms 1 with a queen sized bed and another with 2 bunk beds (1 full and 1 twin size each). Jessie’s Place sleeps up to 8 PEOPLE MAX (NO MORE THAN 8 PEOPLE ALLOWED).
